QUOTE OF THE DAY
Head Coach Chan Gailey
On being a hybrid still or strictly 4-3 this year
Yeah, but we’re going to start in a four-man front. So, it’s going to be when we hand you a lineup card it’s going to have two defensive tackles, two defensive ends and three linebackers. Its going to start that way but how much we end up in even spacing, odd spacing I can’t tell you that today. And I think that’s determined by players and the offense we’re playing and what they give us.

QUOTE OF THE DAY
Head Coach Chan Gailey
On how encouraging and necessary it was to end the seven-game losing streak:
It obviously feels a lot better. And we played good enough to win a couple of those, not all of them. But we played good enough to win a couple of those and we didn’t. So it was good to go out and put a complete game together. It took all three phases playing well and winning each phase of it to win a ball game. We’re not that good of a football team yet that we can go win with just winning one or two phases of a game. We’ve got to win all three.
