Report: Skins talking McNabb

According to FOX Sports Jay Glazer, the Washington Redskins were one of the unpublicized teams inquiring about Donovan McNabb’s availability.

Here was a series of twitter posts from Glazer.

Jay_Glazer It’s hard to give #5 updates in 140 but team is trying to trade him someplace he’ll be happy. Have offers but andy is trying to do him right. Here’s a new one, actually heard skins made inquiry. To clarify, there was more than just mild interest from Skins for McNabb. Heard they even talked players.

Now ultimately Glazer went on to say that he doubts in the end that the Eagles would trade McNabb to a division rival, but the most interesting part is that Reid will do right by McNabb and try to move him somewhere that he prefers.

After 11 years together Reid apparently wants to at least try to get McNabb to a team where he’s not miserable. Arizona and Minnesota are two teams McNabb has reportedly okay with in terms of a future playing home.
